In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the roko69 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout a member's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. roko69 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the registration process and may be requested at any subsequent point. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned subject to verification of their source.
• Residency and Market Context: roko69 primarily serves adult players based in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law or regulation. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the roko69 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial entity when placing bets or accessing games on the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the roko69 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances pending investigation.
• No Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through roko69's responsible gaming tools or any other gambling self-exclusion programme that covers the roko69 Platform.

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on the roko69 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting a registration application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

• Registration Information: You are required to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You must ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. roko69 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail.
• Identity Verification (KYC): roko69 conducts KYC checks in accordance with internationally recognised compliance standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a KTP or passport), proof of address, and — where deposits or withdrawals are made via bank transfer — confirmation of the bank account holder's identity. KYC documentation must be submitted within the timeframe notified by roko69. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. roko69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify roko69 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Account Ownership: Your roko69 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person. Any attempt to do so will constitute a material breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the roko69 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). roko69 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which roko69 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: roko69 accepts deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata) and via the following Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are published on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

• Deposit Processing: Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 5–30 minutes of the transfer being received by roko69's designated account. E-wallet deposits are generally confirmed within 30 seconds. roko69 is not responsible for delays caused by the member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by roko69 within an average of under three minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted between 23:00 and 06:00 WIB may be subject to slight delays.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: A member must have completed at least one full wagering cycle of their deposited balance before a withdrawal request will be approved. roko69 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform and may vary by payment method. roko69 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with notice provided to affected members.
• Source of Funds: roko69 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds used for any deposit. Where a satisfactory response is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, roko69 may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
• Returned and Failed Deposits: In the event that a deposit is credited to roko69's account but cannot be matched to a member account due to incorrect reference details, roko69 will make reasonable efforts to identify and credit the member. roko69 accepts no liability for deposits made to incorrect bank account details provided by the member.

roko69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this Clause as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Clause, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on roko69 is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute at a reduced rate. Slots and crash games typically contribute at 100%. The full contribution schedule is published on the Platform's promotions page.
• One Bonus Per Member: Members may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via multiple accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play is capped at 10x the original bonus value.
• Promotional Abuse: roko69 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a member has engaged in promotional abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, use of automated betting software, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.
• Seasonal Promotions: roko69 periodically offers promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and sporting occasions, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major tournaments such as the Piala AFF, BRI Liga 1, and UEFA Champions League. These promotions carry their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

The following rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity conducted on the roko69 Platform. Specific game rules and betting markets are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by roko69. A bet is only confirmed when a confirmation notification is displayed to the member and a corresponding deduction is reflected in the member's wallet balance. roko69 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds and Pricing: Sportsbook odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are the final, binding odds. roko69 reserves the right to correct any odds that were published erroneously; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at roko69's discretion.
• Void Bets: roko69 may void a bet where: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stated void period; (b) the result is declared void by the relevant sporting authority; (c) the bet was placed on odds that were published in error; or (d) there is evidence of match manipulation or integrity concerns. Voided bets are returned to the member's wallet at the original stake amount.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets close at the discretion of roko69's trading team. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded — due to latency or connectivity issues — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Game Integrity: All RNG-based games on the roko69 Platform use certified random number generation technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. roko69 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum Winnings: roko69 applies a maximum single-event payout cap, which is published on the Platform. Winnings that exceed this cap in a single event will be settled at the cap amount. This limit applies per member per event regardless of the number of bets placed.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration reminders. When a session reaches the configured duration, an on-screen notification will be displayed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the member's account will be locked and all promotional communications will cease. Self-exclusion is not reversible within the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Members may configure regular balance and time-in-session notifications to maintain awareness of their gambling activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the roko69 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in the same or different names.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games without human intervention.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, where such activity is deemed by roko69 to constitute abuse of the Platform's pricing or promotional structure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing roko69 staff or other members in any communication channel.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multi-player game environment.

All content on the roko69 Platform — including but not limited to the roko69 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, imagery, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of roko69 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any member a licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any roko69 content without the prior written consent of roko69.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by the applicable licensing arrangements between roko69 and those studios. Members may not record, stream, broadcast, or commercially exploit any game content without express authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, roko69's total aggregate liability to any member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• roko69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if roko69 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• roko69 shall not be liable for Platform downtime, service interruptions, or data loss arising from events outside roko69's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• roko69 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
• roko69 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites linked to or from the Platform.

roko69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, and to withhold or void any balance, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• The member's account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity.
• Account security has been compromised and closure is necessary to protect the member's funds.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require roko69 to restrict or terminate access.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the member, roko69 may, at its discretion, forfeit some or all of the account balance after conducting a thorough investigation. Where a closure is made for reasons unrelated to member misconduct, roko69 will return the verified net balance to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days.

roko69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to withdrawal procedures, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — roko69 will provide members with at least 14 days' advance notice via email or a prominent on-Platform notification before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of your verified balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which roko69 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

For members based in Indonesia, roko69 acknowledges the legal and regulatory environment governing online gambling in Indonesia. Members are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is compliant with applicable Indonesian law. roko69 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific Indonesian jurisdiction and does not accept liability arising from a member's decision to access the Platform.

Nothing in this Clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
